Founder & CEO
Physician. Engineer. Builder. Austin-John holds an MD from Mercer University School of Medicine and underwent emergency medicine training at UNC Health Southeastern / Campbell University. His path through the emergency department — the most acute, high-stakes environment in medicine — gave him a front-row seat to the systemic failures that cost lives every day.
He paused residency not to leave medicine, but to fix it at the infrastructure level. With an undergraduate foundation in mechanical engineering, he brings systems-thinking to problems most people accept as unsolvable — and a deeply personal conviction that the gap between what medicine knows and what patients receive is an engineering problem we can close.
QUASAR Nexus is the result: a company that begins in healthcare because the need is urgent, but is architected from day one to extend into every domain where advanced, unified systems can reduce human suffering and expand human potential.
